We’re inviting women aged 40+ to join us for a fun, empowering evening of dance, confidence, and community—no experience required, just bring your energy and a willingness to have fun.
You’ll:
• Learn a simple, high-energy routine
• Meet amazing women from your community
• Step outside your comfort zone
• Perform with pride under the game night lights
Because confidence doesn’t have an age limit.
PRACTICE DETAILS:
Date: Sunday July 5
Time: 7:30pm - 8:30pm
Location: Versato Dance Inc. 75 Eastchester Avenue St Catharines
PERFORMANCE DETAILS:
Date: Sunday July 12
Tip-Off: 3:00pm
Performance time: Approximately 4:00pm
Who: Women aged 40+
Cost: $60 ($40 if you already have a ticket to the July 12 game)
What is included: Each registration will receive 1 hour of practice instruction, 1 ticket to the July 12th game, and the opportunity to perform at a River Lions Game with a group of amazing women from the Niagara Region!
