Notable inclusions are CEBL Canadian of the Year, Guillaume Payen-Boucard, CEBL Defensive Player of the Year, Sam Muldrow, CEBL 2nd Team All Star, Trae Bell-Haynes, and the CEBL leader in three pointers made per game, Ryan Anderson.

“Today’s announcement speaks to the high-quality program Coach Victor Raso put together this past season. His goal was for Niagara to be the preeminent destination for Canadian professional basketball players to develop their game and further their career, and with a CEBL high of seven players who intend to return, he did just that,” said team President Jeffrey Sotiriou. “It also shows that our players know we have some unfinished business to take care of.”

All other players who did not sign a Player Option letter have officially become free agents and are eligible to sign with any CEBL club, including the River Lions once free agency opens next year.
