Niagara River Lions announce Iron Performance Center as Strength & Conditioning Facility

St. Catharines, Ontario – The Niagara River Lions announced today that Iron Performance Center (IPC) located in St. Catharines, Ontario will be the team’s strength and conditioning facility for the 2021 season. The 1400 square foot facility is tailored for physical improvement of athletes and fitness enthusiasts and will provide a space for River Lions players to improve their athletic performance.

We're looking forward to working with everyone this season as we seek victory together." 

Head Coach and General Manager, Victor Raso is equally as excited to partner with the team at IPC. "Matrixx and his team are driven by success. They want to win, and they want to train athletes who want to be pushed to achieve their goals - a desire that is shared by our organization. IPC will play a critical role in the success of our team this summer and we're excited to get to work with them"

The Niagara River Lions are one of the original six teams of the CEBL. Playing out of Meridian Centre in downtown St. Catharines, the River Lions represent the twelve municipalities of the Niagara Region while living up to the River Lions moniker of pride and strength of community.
