St. Catharines, Ontario - Niagara River Lions announced today that Sammy Zeglinski, Logan Stutz and Elliot Mason have been released from Injured Reserve. After recurring injuries throughout the season, all parties mutually decided to part ways.
This announcement follows the signing of guards Joe Rocca and Ajahmo Clarke this past Friday.
River Lions have also made a qualifying offer with forward, Maurice Bolden who just finished a season with the Austin Spurs after being the 18th pick in the first round of the 2016 NBA D-League Draft. The London Lightning currently have Bolden's rights and have till the end of day to match the offer.
The River Lions head out east this week for their final series of away games during the regular season. Catch them back in action at the Meridian Centre on Friday April 21st when they take on the Moncton Miracles.
